The Law Office of Darshak Shah practices exclusively in immigration and nationality law. Mr. Shah specializes in consulate processing, investor visas, work visas, green cards, family-based immigrant visas, K3 visas, and marriage visas. We also represent foreign nationals who wish to work in the US with employment-based visas, such as H1B, O1, L, E-2 treaty investor, and healthcare professional visas.

About Us

Darshak Shah is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Shah earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
